•At X-The Gabriele family would like to welcome you to X-treme Fit where you can find all of your families fitness and self defense training. •At X-treme Fit in Temecula we offer children's karate, fitness classes and Krav Maga self defense classes. •Our children's karate classes teach confidence, respect, self defense, safety, and motivation. •Our cardio classes at X-treme Fit consist of aerobics, cardio kickboxing, resistance training and heavy bag classes. •The X-treme Fit Team can also perform demos at your school, church, business or function. For your self defense needs our well trained staff will instruct you in Krav Maga, the official system employed by the Israeli Defense Forces, Israeli Anti-terrorist Units and various branches of the Israeli Security Forces. More recently the system has been taught to, and praised by, the men and women of American law enforcement.
