Tammy, owner and chef extraordinaire, has been cooking since making her first meatball at the age of five. Mama Collettis serves traditional food from Chicago with the spice of southern Sicily. Try anything from Italian ice to hot dogs, sausage, and cheesecake. Tammy herself makes the sauces and meatballs. Some of the food is even sent from Chicago for authenticity.
